Data Deletion Instructions
If you commented on, or sent a message to, an Instagram account managed by MixedByMarwa, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Email marwa@mixedbymarwa.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your Instagram username and the account you interacted with, for example @mixed_bymarwa.
- We will confirm receipt and delete your comments, message details and enquiry records from our systems within 30 days, then email you to confirm.
Deleting data from our systems does not delete your comments or messages on Instagram itself. You can remove those directly in the Instagram app.
For connected account owners
To disconnect an account from Claude Social Hub, open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites and remove the app, or email us. All stored data for that account is deleted within 30 days.

إذا علّقت على حساب إنستغرام تديره «مكسد باي مروة» أو أرسلت إليه رسالة، يمكنك أن تطلب حذف المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
- أرسل بريدًا إلى marwa@mixedbymarwa.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
- اذكر اسم المستخدم الخاص بك في إنستغرام، والحساب الذي تواصلت معه.
- سنحذف تعليقاتك وتفاصيل رسائلك وسجلات طلباتك من أنظمتنا خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ونؤكد لك ذلك عبر البريد.
الحذف من أنظمتنا لا يحذف تعليقاتك أو رسائلك من إنستغرام نفسه، ويمكنك حذفها مباشرة من التطبيق.
