Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MixedByMarwa ("we", "us") handles information through Claude Social Hub, our private internal tool for managing the Instagram and TikTok accounts we own or manage for our clients. The tool is not offered to the public, and nobody can sign up for it.

Who this applies to

• The Instagram professional accounts connected to the tool: @mixed_bymarwa, and client accounts we manage with the client's permission.
• People who interact with those accounts on Instagram, for example by commenting on a post or sending a direct message.

What information we process

• Account and content data for the connected accounts: username, profile counts, posts, and Instagram-provided statistics (reach, views, likes, saves, shares, follows, and audience summaries by city, country, age and gender, which Instagram provides only as totals).
• Comments on the connected accounts' posts: the commenter's username, the comment text, and the time it was posted.
• Direct messages sent to the connected accounts: the sender's username, the time, and whether the message contains a request keyword such as "LOOKBOOK" or "AUDIT". We keep message text only when it is needed to answer the request.

We receive this information only through Meta's official Instagram API, with permissions granted by the account owner. We do not scrape Instagram, and we do not buy or collect data from other sources.

TikTok

For TikTok accounts connected to the tool, we use TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, with permission from the account owner. We receive only the account's basic profile (display name, avatar and account ID) so we can show which account a post will go to, and we upload and publish the videos the account owner has approved, with the approved caption and settings. We do not read followers, messages or other users' content on TikTok.

Why we use it

• To understand how our content performs and plan better content.
• To reply to comments and messages, and to follow up on enquiries such as lookbook requests, brand reviews and commissions.
• To prepare performance reports for the clients whose accounts we manage.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties. The only exceptions are the service providers that run the tool (listed below), and cases where the law requires disclosure.

Where it is stored

Information is stored on a private, access-controlled computer operated by MixedByMarwa. A private cloud endpoint (Cloudflare) briefly receives Instagram notifications and passes them to that computer. Each client's data is kept separate and is shared only with that client.

How long we keep it

• Performance statistics: up to 24 months.
• Comments, message details and enquiry records: up to 12 months after the last interaction, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete information we hold about you. See our Data Deletion Instructions, or contact us at the address below. Account owners can also withdraw access at any time from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, or from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. We handle requests in line with applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
