Terms of Service
These terms cover Claude Social Hub, a private internal tool operated by MixedByMarwa ("we", "us") to manage the Instagram and TikTok accounts we own, or manage for our clients with their permission. The tool is not offered to the public, and nobody can sign up for it.
Who may use it
- Only MixedByMarwa's owner operates the tool.
- A social media account is connected only by its owner, or with the owner's written permission. The owner can withdraw that permission at any time.
How publishing works
- Every post, video, caption and publishing time is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published. The tool never publishes content automatically without that approval.
- We publish only content we created or are licensed to use, for the account it was approved for.
- We follow the Instagram and TikTok platform terms and community guidelines, and the rules of their developer platforms.
Platform access
We connect through the official Meta (Instagram) and TikTok developer APIs, using only the permissions the account owner grants. Owners can disconnect the tool at any time from their Instagram or TikTok app settings, or by emailing us. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is for our internal work. We take care to publish accurately and on time, but we can't guarantee that third-party platforms will always be available or accept a post.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

شروط الخدمة
تنطبق هذه الشروط على أداة Claude Social Hub، وهي أداة داخلية خاصة تديرها «مكسد باي مروة» لإدارة حسابات إنستغرام وتيك توك التي نملكها أو نديرها لعملائنا بإذنهم. الأداة غير متاحة للجمهور، ولا يمكن لأحد التسجيل فيها.
من يستخدمها
- تستخدم الأداة صاحبة «مكسد باي مروة» فقط.
- لا يُربط أي حساب إلا من صاحبه أو بإذن مكتوب منه، ويمكنه سحب هذا الإذن في أي وقت.
طريقة النشر
- يراجع شخصٌ كل منشور وفيديو ووصف وموعد نشر ويوافق عليه قبل النشر، ولا تنشر الأداة أي محتوى تلقائيًا دون هذه الموافقة.
- ننشر فقط محتوى صنعناه أو لدينا حق استخدامه، وعلى الحساب الذي تمت الموافقة عليه.
- نلتزم بشروط منصتي إنستغرام وتيك توك وإرشادات مجتمعهما وقواعد منصات المطورين لديهما.
الوصول إلى المنصات
نتصل عبر واجهات المطورين الرسمية من Meta (إنستغرام) وتيك توك، وبالأذونات التي يمنحها صاحب الحساب فقط. يمكن فصل الأداة في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا. تفاصيل التعامل مع البيانات في سياسة الخصوصية وتعليمات حذف البيانات.
